Over the past several years God has been preparing us for what we refer to as “God’s amazing journey.” During this time God answered our prayer—that His desires for our lives become our desires and that those desires be one. The answer to this prayer has radically changed our lives.
In His time God began to make it clear that He was calling and preparing us for full-time ministry. The questions remained: what, where, and when? During each step of this journey, He was faithful to provide opportunities to minister and serve in the States and abroad while shaping and molding us for His service.
While we continue to be excited for the ministry opportunities He provides in the United States, God has clearly began narrowing our focus to foreign missions. During several mission trips to Central America, we were able to meet and spend time with pastors in Honduras and Guatemala. Many of these men shared with us the need for the development of self-sustaining ministries. Financial struggles make it difficult for them to focus on their congregations and outreach, thus creating a hindrance in the spreading of the Gospel.
We believe that Lord is calling us to help establish self-sustaining ministries wherever He leads, and we believe He is asking us to start in Central America.
Philosophy of Ministry
Our ministry focus will be helping nationals develop self-sustaining ministries, thereby creating the conditions necessary for pastors to more effectively share the Gospel, disciple converts, and grow their churches. We passionately desire to proclaim and lift up the name of Jesus through building meaningful relationships with people. We believe that the seeds sown in these relationships will result in lives being transformed by Him.
Our Hearts Desire
Far more than simply starting projects or self-sustaining ministries, and improving the quality of life for individuals, our ministry is ultimately about fulfilling His call to go and make disciples in all nations. It is our hearts desire that no matter where God places us, we will use the abilities, experiences, and gifts with which He has blessed us with to build His kingdom.
