I would like to give you a few instructions before you start the assessment.
First of all there is no pass or fail to this assessment. It is designed to be a guide to help you go deeper in your relationship with Jesus.
Please be honest with yourself when answering the questions and try to be as objective as possible. There are currently 10 questions in the Youth version and you will be able to have the questions and responses emailed to you at the end. You will also be given an opportunity to email your responses to your pastor along with some personal comments.
